We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your Unbuzz account and data.
⚠️ This action is permanent
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including:
- All caffeine logs and history
- Your settings and preferences
- Achievement progress and streaks
- Cloud sync data (if enabled)
How to Delete Your Account
1 In-App Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account:
- Open the Unbuzz app
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll to the bottom
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
Your account will be deleted immediately.
2 Email Request
If you can't access the app, email us to request deletion:
Request Deletion via EmailInclude the email address associated with your account.
Processing Time
Email requests are processed within 48 hours
What Happens After Deletion
- Immediate: Your account and all data are permanently deleted
- Subscriptions: Active subscriptions are NOT automatically cancelled. Cancel through your device's app store settings.
- Local Data: Data stored only on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app
- Backups: Data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days, then automatically purged

- Syncing issues? Try signing out and back in
- Inaccurate calculations? Adjust your metabolism settings
- Too many notifications? Customize in Settings → Notifications
